Welcome to Fourth Space.
An infrared-heated mat fitness studio located in Park City, Utah built on sweat, sound, and community.
We offer Hot Pilates, Hot Sculpt, Hot Yoga, Strength, Hot Deep Stretch, and Breathe to the Beat classes designed to help you feel alive in your body.
More than a workout, Fourth Space is an experience.
A space outside of home and work where you come to be challenged, release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself, and step into the strongest version of who you are.
Every detail is intentional: The lights are low. The music is energizing. The instructors are exceptional. The playlists are unforgettable. The energy is contagious. And most importantly, the people feel like home.
Because the most meaningful fitness experiences aren’t just about movement.
They’re about connection. The shared experience of doing something hard together.
The moment when effort becomes joy.
When strangers become familiar faces.
When movement becomes momentum.
That’s the feeling we’ve spent years searching for.
And it’s the reason Fourth Space exists.
OUR story

Hello and Welcome!
We’re Mads and Kendall.
Two group fitness-loving women brought together by our joy for movement, obsession with music, and pursuit of community that feels like family.
Over the last decade, we’ve explored the evolution of boutique fitness and what truly makes people come alive in a room. We’ve taught thousands of classes, traveled to studios across the globe, explored nearly every modality imaginable, and chased experiences that felt energizing, challenging, and joyful.
Somewhere along the way, we realized the classes we kept coming back to were never just about the workout.
They were about the spirit.
The rhythm.
The belonging.
That electric moment where the work stops feeling individual and becomes something shared.
That’s the magic we’ve been searching for.
And it’s what inspired us to create Fourth Space.
A place where you can work hard, laugh harder, sweat it out, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
Welcome home.
We’re so glad you’re here.
